For kids from 3rd to 9th grade

During our expedition, we will first visit an ancient Egyptian city to find out what everyday life was like for its inhabitants. Next, we will sail to the temple to learn about the teachings of the House of Life. After that, we will present offerings at the king's pyramid complex and visit a private tomb. Finally, at the end of our cruise, we will visit the burial site of sacred animals and learn how to mummify a fish.

For kids from 1st to 9th grade

This interactive workshop introduces basic AI concepts in English. Through several activities, children explore what AI is, how it works, and what it can already do. They gain an understanding of AI as well as basic English vocabulary related to it. The workshop is suitable for Czech pupils as part of their ESL learning. Please let us know in advance what level of English we should expect.

For all ages

Take your class to the scene of a crime! Or at least an hour-long workshop with a detective theme! Children will learn how to secure a crime scene (in a fun way), then they will move to the laboratory, where evidence from the crime scene is processed. After an explanation of dactyloscopy and DNA, they can try taking fingerprints as well as learn a simplified procedure to isolate and take home their own DNA.

For kids from 8th to 9th grade and for high school students

Computers today can create text, images, videos, and music. How do we manage to produce something original in the rigid environment of a computer—something that's virtually indistinguishable from human art at first glance? And are computers truly creative, or are they just copying human creations? In this workshop, we'll look into how generative AI models work, reflect on their limitations, and learn to put these models to practical use.

For kids from 3rd to 9th grade

What does the work of an Egyptologist involve, what knowledge is required, and how should they prepare for their research? What does such research look like, and what needs to be done when something interesting is found? Some objects can be tricky to interpret, and it may not always be easy to discern what the archaeologist has actually found. Join us to experience what work in Egypt is really like. As well as learning a variety of practical research skills, you will have the opportunity to handle unusual finds and identify their purpose.

For kids from 5th to 9th grade and for high school students

During the workshop, participants will learn how to apply different approaches and concepts of critical thinking to the problem of the legalization of active euthanasia.

For kids from 3rd to 9th grade

What would have happened if ancient Greece had never existed? Maybe we wouldn't have schools and we wouldn't have to count the angles in a triangle (yay!), but we would also have lost the Olympics, the theatre and quite possibly our whole society would have looked very different. You'd be amazed how many things we take for granted today originated with this ancient civilisation! Join us to explore the profound influence of Greek inventions, ideas, and words on our lives. Through puzzles and fun challenges, you will see that the Greek legacy is not just boring school material, but an indispensable part of our lives today.

For high school students

Chatbots have been answering our questions for two years. But do we know how to communicate with them to get useful answers? What should we ask them, and what should we avoid? Learning chatbot language is not easy – let's figure it out together! As well as covering the basic principles, we will use tablets to practise organising our thoughts, solving tasks, searching the internet and organising a trip to Mars with chatbots.

Egyptian tombs and temples are like giant comic books, full of mysterious stories. Each picture has its own meaning and could affect the deceased's afterlife! What secret messages do the murals hide? How did the ancient Egyptians depict people, animals, and gods, and why did they have to follow strict rules? How did images become 'living magic'? Uncover the secrets of Egyptian iconography and explore the hidden messages in the decoration of pyramids and tombs.

Artificial intelligence affects all areas of our lives, from medicine and literature to religion. This workshop aims to present the full range of artificial intelligence applications and familiarise students with the associated advantages and disadvantages.

What about becoming a trendsetter who can turn likes into money? The world of influencers is about more than just photos; it's also about marketing strategies and ethics. In this workshop, we will explore how collaborations with brands work, how they should be labelled, how influencers are selected and who pays them. Students will learn to distinguish between content and manipulation, and experience what it's like to be an influencer.

For high school students

Have you ever wondered what makes something funny and what we actually laugh at? Modern philosophers are exploring precisely this question, and by discussing it with them, we can attempt to reveal the hidden mechanisms behind jokes and humour in general. We can also explore the role of humour in our society and reflect on ethical issues related to the phenomenon of laughter.

For all ages

Join us on an adventurous journey into the world of architecture! During this workshop, children will be introduced in a fun and engaging way to four major architectural styles – Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque. Through examples of Czech buildings, we will explore how to recognize each style, learn about their key characteristics, and uncover the secrets they hold. At the end of the workshop, we'll put our newly acquired knowledge into practice with a fun identification activity to test what we've learned!
